Amateur Music Promotion..

We propose the development of community centers that combine a welfare support venue with a high quality Family Restaurant and Music venue..

These 'VS Centers' would provide the following.
• A 365 day Licensed Family restaurant with low-priced meals and live music (chamber & variety - not rock)
• A showcase venue for talented Art students (Sculpture, Painting etc.) and Dance academies.

• A 365 day 'food hall' for the disadvantaged with free meals and evening live music from the same stage as above.  This hall faces the side of that stage but is not visible from the restaurant.
• The Center would also provide a showcase venue for talented music students and new bands.
• Daytime Music and Arts schools and workshops.
• The daytime 'food hall' would also provide an audience for these budding musicians.

Throughout history, Artists, Poets, Story tellers and local Musicians have struggled financially.
Our Nation and our Culture needs all of these Arts.. Our Children need to experience all these arts.. Our Children who are blessed with these skills are an asset to our nation and need the support of the Nation - they shouldn't be forced to live near the poverty line or be chastised for making a "poor career choice!" The nation should encourage them and provide affordable (or free) academies for their development. We should provide venues for the presentation of their work and where they can receive financial reward for their skills.
